Postnatal Pilates

Natural birth or C-sections can leave behind some key issues that women need to address. Pilates can help improve pelvic floor dysfunction and diastasis recti, getting you back to full strength quicker. Specific modifications are made that focus on breathing and posture to help you mobilise a stiff body and become aware of the position of your hips and spine, and also help you regain core stability to help protect your back. You will feel more energized, regain confidence and recharge body and mind.
