Originally from Australia, I embarked on my Pilates journey in 2005 with a focused ambition: to help individuals, particularly women, experience freedom from pain and enhance their quality of life through Pilates.

Why Pilates? Early in my career, I noticed that many personal trainers lacked emphasis on correct movement, which contributed to injuries and a poor perception of exercise. Recognising the potential for Pilates to restore confidence in movement, I dedicated myself to making Pilates accessible, safe, and transformative.

My commitment to this field has only deepened over the years. I continually advance my understanding of anatomy and biomechanics to support my clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their overall health and well-being. Our studio also specialises in Clinical Rehabilitation for post-injury and post-surgery recovery, along with accredited Teacher Training Courses for aspiring instructors.

Throughout my career I have personally instructed thousands of clients including women, couples, and children together with my carefully selected team of qualified professionals. Witnessing our clients’ growth, both physically and mentally, and seeing them gain confidence in their bodies, remains the most rewarding aspect of my work.
